How do I log into the Panalpina customer portal?

Once you have a Panalpina login:

  1. Go to my.panalpina.com
  2. Click "login"
  3. Enter your username and password.

How do I reset my password for the Panalpina customer portal?

If you have forgotten your password, please follow these steps:

  1. Go to my.panalpina.com
  2. Click "login"
  3. Click "forgot password" below the password box.

What is an ACR?

An ACR refers to a physical customer address and has its unique address ID. The ACR is the grey number you see above the company name on top of the screen. A user can have access to one or multiple ACRs in the Customer Portal and have different access rights for those ACRs. For example, you might be allowed to make quotations and bookings in one ACR, but only to view them in another, depending on what your administrator has setup for you. Data access to transactional data like quotes, bookings or shipments is limited by ACR.

How do I change ACR?

  1. Click on Account Selector in the top menu bar of the Customer Portal.
  2. Scroll through the account list which shows the ACRs assigned to your user profile.
  3. Select another account.

How do I get access to an additional ACR?

  1. Click on the help icon question icon in the lower right hand corner. 
  2. Select Contact us.
  3. Request access to additional ACR and provide the respective ACR number(s) in the message text box.

What is a GU?

Global Ultimate (GU) is a unique number which links individual companies (ACRs) to one holding company.
