What can I do if a booking was rejected?

A booking can be rejected for multiple reasons.

If it happens, we will inform you on how to proceed for booking your service.

Why doesn't the booking price match that of the quotation?

During the booking process, you can make changes (e.g. cargo details) that have an impact on the price. If this is the case, a new price will be calculated and offered to you before booking the service.

How many notification contacts can I add?

You can add up to 3 notification contacts.

Do I have to add both an earliest pick up and a latest delivery?

No, you only need to specify one of the two dates, we will then provide you with options that satisfy this requirement.
